HNCEO is fiercely battling against the horrific trafficking of children into sexual slavery, rescuing abused orphans, vulnerable street children, and those left without care. Their mission extends beyond rescue, focusing on rehabilitating these children and equipping them with English and vocational skills to help rebuild their lives.

Driven by a powerful desire to uplift orphaned children, Mrs. Yim Sokly, since her youth, has dreamed of creating a safe and empowering space for them. Representing HNCEO, she has submitted a proposal to the Ministry of Education to build a modern English vocational training center on her ancestral land in Kampong Thom province. With funding from overseas and local donors, this center aims to be a beacon of hope.

The Modern English Vocational High School will offer English and vocational training at no cost to disadvantaged orphans. For wealthier families, HNCEO will require partial or full payment, ensuring sustainability while prioritizing support for the most vulnerable.
