Hope for New Children Era Organization (HNCEO)

Hope for New Children Era Organization (HNCEO) is a dedicated humanitarian NGO providing both emergency relief and long-term development in Kampong Thom province. Established in 2015, HNCEO has tirelessly pursued a vision of hope and transformation for vulnerable children, with the ambitious goal of creating a modern English vocational training center that will serve both impoverished orphans and children from more affluent families.

As a non-sectarian, impartial, and independent organization, HNCEO is unwavering in its mission to combat the horrific exploitation and trafficking of children, particularly those forced into sexual slavery. The organization works relentlessly to rescue abused and neglected orphans, providing them not only with safety but also with a path forward. Every child saved from the horrors of trafficking or abuse is given a chance to heal, grow, and learn essential skills at the vocational center.

HNCEO’s proposed vocational training center will serve as a lifeline for the region, offering specialized English and vocational training to equip children with skills they can use to secure a brighter future. While orphans and children from disadvantaged backgrounds will receive this education free of charge, children from wealthier families will contribute partially or fully to sustain the program, making it inclusive yet self-supporting.

By empowering these children, HNCEO aims to transform lives and break cycles of poverty and exploitation, creating opportunities where once there was only despair.
